How to use this product:
1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening of 2 hard gelatin capsules taken in one go during a meal.
In order to get the best results, it is recommended that you start with a 4 to 6 month course of treatment. Then, a 2 to 4 month treatment once or twice a year will guarantee you get the best results over the long term.
